Structural Integrity Associates, a provider of proven engineering services for the energy and process industries, C2C Technical Services, an EPC engineering and construction services company, and Jumana Capital, a private investment firm, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The SI Solutions platform with SI and C2C is the perfect fit for both companies.
