Arkance completed the acquisition of VINZERO from Schneider Electric.

Arkance, a software development company, completed the acquisition of VINZERO, an IT infrastructure solutions group and software partner for the architecture, engineering and construction, from Schneider Electric, a company manufacturing automation and control solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
