Italgas, a company specialised in the distribution of natural gas, completed the acquisition of a 49% stale in Thessaloniki - Thessalia, a gas distribution company, from Eni Gas e Luce, a smarter gas and energy solutions provider. Financial terms were not dsiclosed.
