Acea, a multi-utility group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in ASM Terni, a water treatment and energy distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic transaction aims to create an integrated multiutility operating in the Umbria region active in electricity and gas distribution and supply, waste management and integrated water services.
