ITOCHU, a trading company that offers domestic trading, import and export, and overseas trading, agreed to acquire a 49.6% stake in 9404-5515 Québec, an investment management company that owns 15.0% shares of ArcelorMittal Mining Canada and ArcelorMittal Infrastructure Canada, from EQP Cooperatief and Korea Investment Private Equity for $560m.
