NetNordic completed the acquisition of Lytzen IT.

NetNordic, a Nordic system integrator, completed the acquisition of Lytzen IT, a managed service provider of cloud, network, collaboration and IT-infrastructure services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NetNordic has seen strong growth in Denmark during recent years, and we are excited to double the number of employees in the country. As a leading pan Nordic service provider, we see the acquisition as perfect timing to take the next level in Denmark as well as enhancing our Nordic capabilities,” Jarl Øverby, NetNordic CEO.
