OBOS BBL completed the acquisition of a 6.5% stake in NCC from Nordstjernan for $74m.

OBOS BBL, a real estate service provider, completed the acquisition of a 6.5% stake in NCC, a construction services provider, from Nordstjernan, a private equity firm, for $74m. "The investment is in line with our strategy of being able to actively invest in construction companies and other companies that create financial returns and strategic opportunities for OBOS," Daniel Kjørberg Sira, OBOS CEO.
