Greenbriar Equity Group completed the acquisition of Applied Aerospace Structures.

Greenbriar Equity Group, a sector-focused private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Applied Aerospace Structures, a provider of design, fabrication, and testing solutions for complex composite and metal bonded structural assemblies.
