Astorg-backed IQ-EQ to acquire Laven Compliance.

Astorg-backed IQ-EQ, an investor services group, agreed to acquire Laven Compliance, a UK regulatory hosting platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Laven Compliance business has grown significantly over the past few years, alongside its sister companies Laven Hosting and Leo RegTech.
