Nexus Hospitals to acquire Montserrat Day Hospitals from Healius for $138m.

Nexus Hospitals, a health care company, agreed to acquire Montserrat Day Hospitals, a hospital operator, from Healius, a medical company, for $138m. “We are pleased with the outcome of the sale process. The valuation achieved reflects the quality of the Montserrat business and its long-term growth potential, notwithstanding recent challenging trading conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Malcolm Parmenter, Healius Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
