Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Rahway Steel Drum.

Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group, a provider of high-quality packaging solutions and customized services, with domestic and international customers, completed the acquisition of Rahway Steel Drum, a manufacturer and supplier of steel, plastic, and fiber containers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
