Eurobank Bulgaria to acquire BNP Paribas Personal Finance from BNP Paribas.

Eurobank Bulgaria, a retail banking services provider, agreed to acquire BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a personal finance services provider, from BNP Paribas, a financial services company.
