Stark Group, one of the largest retailers and distributors of building materials, completed the acquisition of the UK merchanting brands of Saint-Gobain, a French multinational building materials corporation, for €850m ($900m). These divestments are part of Saint-Gobain's continued business profile optimization strategy to enhance the Group's growth and profitability in line with its "Grow & Impact" plan.
