ST Barbara to acquire Genesis Minerals.

ST Barbara, a gold company, agreed to acquire Genesis Minerals, a gold mining district of Leonora, Western Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new entity will be named Hoover House and based in Perth. The combined company is targeting 300k ounces of gold production per year.
