Groupe Le Duff and Bridor completed the acquisition of Panidor.

Groupe Le Duff, a bakery, pastry, and catering company, and Bridor, a food and beverages company, completed the acquisition of Panidor, a frozen bakery and pastry manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition reflects our ambition and supports Bridor’s mission: to offer high-quality products that reflect the baking cultures of the world,” Philippe Morin, Bridor Managing Director.
