QL Clean, an investment consortium specializing in the transformation and renovation of buildings, completed the acquisition of Alpes Energies Nouvelles, a French company that provides sustainable energy solutions to its customers, including the installation of photovoltaic panels. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to create a group that quickly reaches the critical size of €400 million at the European level through the acquisition of profitable companies specializing in one or two areas of expertise and operating successfully on a local level."
