Advent International to acquire the remaining 26.3% stake in DFM Foods.

Advent International, a private equity firm, offered to acquire the remaining 26.3% stake in DFM Foods, a company principally engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing snack foods. Advent offered ₹467 a share.
