Tbd30, an acquisition company that intends to acquire a business in the Nordics in the area of business services, agreed to acquire Sukittajat, a provider of sewer maintenance services focused on southern, western, eastern and central Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to become part of Spolargruppen, and especially to help establish the group in our home market.
