Annabelle Candy and Seattle Gourmet Foods completed the acquisition of Pearson's Candy from Spell Capital Partners.

Annabelle Candy, a candy manufacturer, and Seattle Gourmet Foods, a food manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Pearson's Candy, a confectionery company, from Spell Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
