Laattapiste completed the acquisition of Pukkila from Ricchetti Group.

Laattapiste, a provider of surface material, construction products, bathroom furniture, decors, electrical accessories, and installation services, completed the acquisition of Pukkila, an operator of a home renovation company, from Ricchetti Group, a provider of floor & wall tiles, technical ceramic and glazed porcelain stoneware. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pukkila has a strong brand and we are happy that we can continue its traditions in our family business. With the help of two strong and well-known brands, we can offer our customers an even wider product selection and a better overall service," Tommi Haru, Laattapiste CEO.
