L-GAM completed the acquisition of Cotta Collection from Afinum.

L-GAM, a long-term investment firm, completed the acquisition of Cotta Collection, a manufacturer of upholstered furniture, from Afinum, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Group is very well positioned and broadly diversified across its product range and many geographic end markets to further expand its market position in the future and generate above-average growth with solid profitability. The management team will stay on board after the transaction.
