Global Partners to acquire select businesses of ArcLight-backed Gulf Oil for $273m.

Global Partners, an American energy supply company, agreed to acquire select businesses of ArcLight-backed Gulf Oil, a major global oil company, for $273m. Closing of the Gulf Transaction is expected in the first half of 2023 and is conditioned upon the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions.
