Beijer Ref, a distributor of commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, and air conditioning, agreed to acquire Heritage Distribution Holdings, a wholesale distributor of HVAC/R equipment, parts, supplies, and customer service, from Gryphon Investors, a private equity firm.
