Repsol completed the acquisition of Asterion Energies from Asterion Industrial for €580m.

Repsol, an energy and petrochemical company, completed the acquisition of Asterion Energies, a renewable energy investment platform, from Asterion Industrial, an investment management firm, for €580m. "we are realizing our ambition to be leaders in the energy transition, taking firm steps, such as this asset acquisition, to meet our goals of growth, diversification, and focus on multi-energy.
