L3Harris completed the acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne for $4.7bn.

L3Harris, an agile global aerospace and defense technology innovator, completed the acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne, an American manufacturer of rocket, hypersonic, and electric propulsive systems for space, defense, civil and commercial applications, for $4.7bn. “I’m thrilled to welcome more than 5k employees to the L3Harris team today.
