Churchill Downs to acquire Exacta Systems for $250m.

Churchill Downs, a racetrack provider, agreed to acquire Exacta Systems, a pioneering technology driving growth in new and existing HHR markets, for $250m. “For nearly a decade, Exacta has been a creative force supporting the growth of historical horse racing in the US.
