VAG completed the acquisition of FKB Indústria de Equipamentos.

VAG, a manufacturer of valves for water treatment and distribution, wastewater systems, dams and hydropower, completed the acquisition of FKB Indústria de Equipamentos, a designer and manufacturer of penstock and knife gate valves. Financial terms were not disclosed.
