GEODIS to acquire trans-o-flex from Schoeller and Amberger families.

GEODIS, a logistics company, agreed to acquire trans-o-flex, a provider of logistics services intended for the pharmaceutical industries and other sensitive goods, from Schoeller and Amberger families. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of trans-o-flex is a key step forward enabling us to increase our footprint in Germany.
