Amari Metals, a supplier of aluminium profiles and stainless steel & steel tubes, completed the acquisition of Alumeco Group, an aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass and bronze supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the past 40 years, Alumeco has grown to become one of the leading distributors of semi-finished non-ferrous metals in Northern Europe, with a great potential to exploit future business opportunities.
