STRABAG PFS completed the acquisition of Bockholdt.

STRABAG PFS, a property and facility management services provider, completed the acquisition of Bockholdt, a cleaning services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The STRABAG Group’s USP is its broad range of services along the entire construction value chain. Particularly in the facility services sector, we still see exciting acquisition opportunities that would contribute to our goal of offering nationwide services with a high degree of in-house performance and specialisation.
