Mapletree Investments, a real estate development, investment, capital and property management company, completed the acquisition of a logistics park of KSH Infra, an industrial real estate developer, for $39m. “We are pleased to have completed this transaction as earlier envisaged in the forward sale arrangement. This is our second asset sale to Mapletree and its associates over the past two years,” Rohit Hegde, KSH Managing Director.
