Elemental Energies, an energy consultancy firm, completed the acquisition of Senergy Wells, a construction consultancy, from Vysus, a business consulting and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vysus Group continues to expand and develop its offering, delivering high-value technical consultancy services to our global customer base.
