Acclivis Group, a healthcare technology specialist investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Zed Technologies, a cloud-based radiology software business that allows radiology clinics to share diagnostic imaging results digitally to doctors and patients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
