Catalana Occidente, a firm operating in the Spanish insurance sector, agreed to acquire Foresta 8, an office building, from Metrovacesa, a real estate developer in Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. On the part of Grupo Catalana Occidente, the operation is part of its investment strategy in high-quality real estate, located in the main Spanish cities and with the aim of allocating them to lease; ensuring that they have top-level energy certifications and a design that provides the best experience for users.
