Stanley Kroenke, a rams owner, completed the acquisition of The Village, an outdoor shopping center, from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a commercial real estate company, for $325m. That transaction fueled speculation that Kroenke could move his team there and build a year-round practice facility on the property.
