Pascal Raffy , the proprietor and managing director of Bovet, agreed to acquire the remaining 25% stake in Bovet Fleurier, a Swiss brand of luxury watchmaker, from DKSH Holding, a Swiss holding company specialising in market expansion services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction does not materially affect DKSH's profit and loss statement," DKSH.
