BC Partners, a British international investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Madison Logic, a software company, from Clarion Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the active support of the Clarion team, Madison Logic has grown substantially and established its leadership position in the market.
