Internet Mobile Communications, a fintech company, went public via a merger with Crystal Peak Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company aimed at acquiring a technology company in the European and wider EMEA digital and technology ecosystems, in a $450m. Its marketplace, which allows its partner base of over 1,700 operators worldwide to make same-day settlements, helps overcome telecom industry challenges and increases operational efficiency.
