Sonepar-backed Springfield Electric completed the acquisition of HOLT Electrical Supply.

Sonepar-backed Springfield Electric, a provider of the commercial & residential markets with electrical equipment, components, parts, & materials, completed the acquisition of HOLT Electrical Supply, a distributor of commercial, residential, and industrial electrical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After sixty years in business, spanning three generations, I am more than excited to say HOLT Electrical Supply will be joining Springfield Electric.
