FTAI Aviation and Platinum Equity-backed Unical Aviation completed the acquisition of iAero Thrust.

FTAI Aviation, an aerospace company, and Platinum Equity-backed Unical Aviation, a provider of aircraft parts and components, completed the acquisition of iAero Thrust, a manufacturer of aircraft engines.
