Keppel Capital, an asset management arm of the Keppel, and BLOGIS Holdings, a Chinese real estate logistics developer, agreed to acquire Wuhan-based warehouse facility for S$634m ($472m). “China’s logistics sector has continued to see growth and capital inflows in recent years.
