NOVA Infrastructure completed the acquisition of ATS Logistics.

NOVA Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of ATS Logistics, a provider of transportation and warehousing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ATS is an essential component of the Port of Charleston’s supply chain and import/export activity.
