Planet DDS, a cloud-based dental software provider, completed the acquisition of Cloud 9 Software, a software company, from Accel-KKR, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Having been in the cloud since the founding of our company, we see an incredible opportunity to rethink how dental practices operate.
