BWC Terminals completed the acquisition of the Gretna bulk liquids storage terminal of IMTT.

BWC Terminals, a provider of bulk liquid storage and related services, completed the acquisition of the Gretna bulk liquids storage terminal of IMTT, a storage provider and handler of bulk liquid products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “BWC was uniquely positioned to execute on this transaction due to the adjacent location of their Harvey terminal. Divesting a terminal that we have owned and operated for 32 years was a difficult decision. BWC’s commitment to continuing to operate Gretna with the current team in place, and in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner was a major factor in our decision,” Carlin Conner, IMTT Chairman and CEO.
