Cressey & Company and Health Enterprise Partners completed the acquisition of The InterMed Group from Granite Bridge Partners.

Cressey & Company, a private investment firm, and Health Enterprise Partners, a healthcare-focused investment firm, completed the acquisition of The InterMed Group, a medical equipment supplier, from Granite Bridge Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
