Bencis, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Heytex Group, a functional technical textiles manufacturer, from Deutsche Beteiligungs, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Heytex Group is a global leading manufacturer of engineered technical textiles offering customers a differentiated combination of materials, application expertise, coating technology and global manufacturing capabilities. The Company employs a range of coating technologies, including knife coating and calendaring, as well as a variety of lamination techniques to produce its products.
