DTCP and Glilot Capital Partners led a $55m Series B round in Anecdotes.

DTCP, a digital infrastructure specialist focused on investing in mid-sized businesses that develop, build, own, and operate digital infrastructure assets, and Glilot Capital Partners, an Israeli venture capital fund focused on early-stage startups, focusing on cybersecurity, AI, and B2B software, led a $55m Series B round in Anecdotes, an AI-powered enterprise GRC platform designed to enhance compliance and risk management, with participation from Vertex, Red Dot Capital Partners, Vintage Investment Partners and Shasta Ventures. Anecdotes will use this capital to accelerate the development of its AI-powered GRC automation solutions, expand its global go-to-market strategy, and strengthen strategic alliances with leading industry partners, including the Big Four firms, Coalfire, Schellman, Google Cloud, and ServiceNow. The funding will also support the expansion of Anecdotes' Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, making its innovative GRC solutions more accessible to businesses worldwide.
