WestView Capital Partners-backed RSi completed the acquisition of Invicta Health Solutions.

WestView Capital Partners-backed RSi, a provider of revenue cycle services for the hospital and large physician practice market, completed the acquisition of Invicta Health Solutions, a company in providing specialized technology and revenue cycle services for hospitals and health systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We had our eyes on Invicta for a while, had numerous revenue cycle executives in our network encouraging us to talk with them, and we were familiar with founding CEO Donny Zamora's track record.
