Canal+, a premium television channel, agreed to acquire OCS, a group of French pay television networks, and Orange Studio, a company dedicated to coproduction, acquisition, distribution and international sales of French and European long feature films and series, from Orange, a telecommunications corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
