Canal+ completed the acquisition of OCS and Orange Studio from Orange.

Canal+, a premium television channel, completed the acquisition of OCS, a group of French pay television networks, and Orange Studio, a company dedicated to coproduction, acquisition, distribution and international sales of French and European long feature films and series, from Orange, a telecommunications corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
